Imaging USA in Nashville has been an eye opener!

classes started at 7am and ended at 7:30pm Autumn and I divided to conquer and learn the most possible. between the two of us we studied under 6 world renowned photographers for a total of 25 hours today... You better believe our photographer has taken a big leap forward...Plus we still have tomorrow! BUT!!! here is the big thing today.... we met George W. ( we only had a cell phone camera to capture the moment. But the entertainment from 9 - 11 this night was listening to and looking at photos taken by the chief photographers of the last 3 presidents talk about their experience... It was a very interesting thing to hear them tell what was ACTUALLY going on during some of the most iconic photo's of each president. One that stands out was George W Bush's Photographer that pointed out that Mr. Bush's administration had nothing to do with the "Mission accomplished" banner hanging from the bridge of the Aircraft Carrier. It was placed there by the crew of the ship in a standard , coming into home port after a mission ceremony. Of course the press ate up the Idea and said that Bush said it was over... go back and listen to what Bush said....He NEVER said it was over... He NEVER even implied it was over!
Oh the power of the press.... Same thing happened to Clinton and has already started to happen to Obama. It's crazy. But the presentation tonight was very interesting and entertaining.
Well, as soon as we get home, I'll post a pic Autumn took of me shaking George W's hand!
